In the episode on8/1 /12 at 7pm PST/10pm EST of MotoIQ Radio, we have one of my favorite cars in drifting, a Miata, packing a LS powerplant driven by Danny George. I know some of you are thinking, a Miata, drifting? I always thought it would be the hot ticket to get sideways in and the powerplants available are pretty wide with thanks to a few companies offering K-members with no mounts built in. We will learn more about Danny and how he came to drifing and more importantly, why the Miata. This weekend also has Global Time Attack set to do battle at the New Jersey Motorsports Park-Lightning Course, the usual suspects of World Racing, GST Motorsports, Dent Sport Garage and UMS Tuning. We will be joined by a few people competing this weekend. If you live in the area, you might want to spend the weekend at the track soaking up the exhaust fumes and rubber.
