For those of you who know those hipster, college grad, fixed gear bike riding, low carb beer drinking, ipad owning (or wanting), iphone loving, Apple can do absolutely no wrong type people and know how these types vehemently defend Apple and the iphone versus the PC and Android phones, you will absolutely love this. Then there are the people who don't know shit and love iphones too because of trendiness. I think this video clowns both types of iphone owners.
Ken sent this to me because he knows I am the pro-anything but iphone warrior. I was at my desk this morning laughing my ass off. I mean I was crying and my co-workers were wondering WTF was going on.
Anyhow, I just thought I'd share this before the long weekend. Have a safe and insane 4th of July.

who cares? nerdy cell phones that dont only make telephone calls are overly complicated and far too distracting for people to have one attached to their face all day. hipsters are also overly complicated and distracting as well. eradication is in order for these two society-crippling notions.

Shoot, after taking a peek at the new Innovate OT-2 today I want an iPhone now--or at least an ipod touch! ...digital dash, data logger, dyno/accelerometer, "efficiency meter" Innovate OT-2gotta admit I'm sometimes jealous my blackberry doesn't do cool shit but manage email well..

oh god this was HILARIOUS! My sister & dad are Apple groupies and I'm the anti-iphone one in the family. On my way to take them to the airport they were telling me all the "new" features of the iPhone coming out, all I could do is say, "my phone already does that, but it's not a smart phone". the phone I had 5 years ago had a forward facing camera, the last two phones I have cell based video-chat, xenon flash, 5mp and 8mp cameras, 120fps slow motion, fully customizable GUI, flash support, etc. Alas, it doesn't have an app that turns your phone into a fucking level, boo-fucking-hoo.

Jeff, go with the iPod Touch. a cell phone is a cell phone. personally id rather have a phone for phone stuff and an everything else thing for everything else. it would be nice to see all of the features of these smart phones (aside from communication purposes) in a non-phone device. i cant tell you how many times ive been on the phone, and wanted to do something without interrupting the call or putting my conversation on speaker to fiddle with the phone. for someone who is on the phone for about 6 hours a day though, i might have unique needs. ive been contemplating on going with a seperate entertainment device like an iPod Touch for a while, i might as well.
