We are equipped for anything on the road.  GPS, power inverter, cell phones, laptop with wireless card, radar detector, road food including Jeff's lame sunflower seeds and Mike's signature humongous diet coke.

The most unflattering photo of Mike in existence!

Our compressor was not working so we had to add air to our nearly flat tires at a gas station.

Boredom on the road is always a big issue.  So he won't fall asleep, Jeff bones up on his favorite subject--pussy--while Mike amps up on caffeine.  A cool thing about the giant big gulp is that you can pee in it when you are done.

Mike is always on the phone for a guy who hates talking on the phone, phone calls and text messaging. Too much fast food is bad so we try to eat at intermediate fast food places like Chili's which are cheaper than good restaurants but slightly more healthy than fast food.  At least you can get a vegetable there.

e books
Jeff had the great idea of trying to listen to an electronic book to help pass the time.  He selected "The Great Gatsby" by F. Scott Fitzgerald, warning this story sucks ass.  The story was so boring and awfully worded even considering that it was written in the 1920's it was hard to take.  I now remember why I could not finish this book in high school.  Classic schmlassic.

Cheap hotels are part of every racers life.  We got in at 1am only to find our reservations were lost and the manager at this hotel was retarded.  He didn't know how to work the fax machine so he never got the reservation fax from hotels.com for us and about 50 other people that got spit out when Jeff turned the fax on!

Thanks guys, that was a fun read. I'm somewhat disappointed that Jeff doesn't look like the picture in his avatar :) Also enjoying the guy with a Kojima yam in place of his face in the background on page 2.

This kind of stuff is what I'm looking forward too once college is over. Once I get another Integra, I'm planning to do a few National Solos, which will mean a lot of road tripping. I can't freaking wait. And DC Shoes rock! That's all I ever wear (well with the exception of the occaisional Chuck Taylor thrown in).

Most entertaining article ever! Except for the blatant slandering of my last name. I am Italian, not a samurai or a close cousin of a miniature tree.

Jeff, seems to fill the hipster bill according to the BINGO chart. How appropriate the Parliament cigarettes make the O, the blogger with digital camera makes the G, N was free, the hoodie for I and the B is a bit of a stretch but Jeff’s fetish for Asian women is un-deniable. BINGO buddy Jeff is a hipster.

My path to BINGO is way less cool with the jagger haircut, hoodie, whiteboy afro, pornographers mustache and old-school vans. Kojima’s path is about the same but instead of the afro substitute the 70’s ski vest.

The hipsters we know rock vintage cameras and wear girls sknny jeans. I think Jeff is a 90's era gay guy. His spiky frosted tip hairdoo is so 90's and his grungy blazers and stuff are like that too. He does have some sense of fashion unlike me. I simply don't care. I wear two types of pants, Levis and Dickies. I wear Password JDM shirts or whatever else I can get as swag.

I were DC shoes because I hung out with Ken Block before and he's cool so I support his company and the shoes are cheap!

Jeff is fussy about how he looks.

Mike, I saw you guys on the way out to Vegas in the middle of the night! I was in my girlfriend's four door Sentra. I pointed out the Dog Car to her and told her that's what we could turn her car into if she wants. She looked over when we got next to you guys and gave a thumbs up, but she said you didn't look. Wish I coulda made it out to the track :(

Yeah skinny jeans on men are one of the stupidest "trendy" things today. I couldn't wear such constricting clothes.

When's the last time you played BINGO Aaron? The matches have to be in a straight line or diagonal.. And I haven't smoked in years!!! I do have all the shoes on there though and I guess I could be "grandpa" too.

Mike B: don't feel too bad, I've known Kojomo for about 13 years and he still butchers my name--says its gay... in fact it's wrong in the byline of this article as well!

Mike K: YOU SUNUVA BITCH!

Wrecked: give us a couple months.. we've already talked to Rado about doing a article but we got a couple other Time Attack car features coming first (Ryan Gate's EVO X and Andre Hartando's S2000).

@ Jeff: Are you talking about a feature of Rado's current FWD monster or his soon to be released in Australia AWD monster? Or both :)

I browsed an article at the newstand in Import Tuner but it seemed short on details about the car... more of a Q&A session really. I swear I read about the car on another site somewhere but I can't find it anymore.

hahaha. Well done article! A good, fun read and a nice change up from the normal project articles. I liked the "sponsor" shots, they reminded me of that scene in Wayne's World where Garth is fully dressed up in Reebok gear and stuff. And I must say, Mike's neighbor's son (or whoever it was that normally tracks it) is a lucky guy if he can track a well built, ready and proven track car. Where were his wheels/tires for this trip? No way he used those old tires too?

We were actualy trying to make it like Wayne's World. The title is a spoof of the upcoming "Keep Drifting Fun" video that is well known in the drift world.

We did have to run on those tires :(
