speedway engineering sway bar though the trunk

We routed the bar through the spare tire well in the trunk to simplify the mounting by avoiding the fuel tank and exhaust system.

Ritchy fabbed these simple chassis mounts for the pillow ball bearings supporting the swaybar and brackets on our beam axle for the spherical bearings connecting the bar to the axle.

As a result we have a nice stiff rear bar with many adjustment points and many options for stiffness with many other bars of differing wall thicknesses avalibe from Speedway Engineering.  Note the lower endlink mount on the rear axle with two holes to reduce the angularity of the end link over the adjustment range.

Wow. That is an insane amount of work for sway bars but necessary for the adjustability and results your are looking for. My hats off to all those guys.

Some amazing work.

I know that front swaybar is a pain. Hardly any room to pull out the stock one, let alone a thicker one. Nice work! Glad to finally see a Spec V build, they don't get the credit they deserve.
