We have a very full and busy webcast this week on Tech House & Speed, NASCAR Free Radio. Our content comes from the Vallelunga track in Italy to Vermont to Las Vegas. And, as we promise every week, there are winners, champions and legends. Tech House & Speed is the web's only topical weekly webcast with international content specializing in sports car competition including rally, drifting and time attack.

In Segment One we talk with Formula Drift co-founder Jim Liaw as he was on his way to the SEMA show and the Formula Drift annual news conference that wraps up the season and outlines the organization's plans for the future. Liaw talks about the 2011 season, the dramatic close to the championship effort at Irwindale last month and the Formula Drift expansion in to Asia and the Middle East. He also talks about the organization's rapid expansion into new media including streaming and cable broadcasting. Navigating that universe might be as difficult as bringing Formula D to life in the first place!

In Segment Two we go to Italy and Florida. In Italy we talk with Michael Lewis, the Southern California open-wheel driver who's making a name for himself in the Italian Formula 3 series. He won the Rookie Championship this year and that gave him a test in a Ferrari Formula 1 car. That's coming in a couple weeks outside Rome. We also talk with 2005 ALMS Rookie of the Year Guy Cosmo who's participating in a special bike ride this weekend in Florida. He also talks about his ride in the Extreme Speed Ferrari. But we close with something near to Cosmo, his music and the drums that make that music come to life. It's a great few minutes with an excellent driver.

In Segment Three we go to the UK where we find another winner, champion and legend, Oliver Gavin, the three time ALMS GT champion who's also won at Le Mans four times including a run of three in a row. Gavin is a key player in the GM Corvette Racing Program who ran in the V8 Supercars Gold Coast 600 in Australia last month where he ran sixth and fourth in the doubleheader weekend. He also has some experience in the Grand-Am Rolex GT series where he raced last year against his ALMS teammate Jan Magnussen. Racing makes strange partnerships!

Finally in Segment Four we go to Vermont where we visited with 11-time American rally champion John Buffum who is spending his time now mentoring other champions into existence including Canadian and American champion Antoine L'Estage. Buffum talked about the Chris Duplessis who will be going to the Rally GB in a couple weeks. John has made that trip in his day. We learn what Duplessis will see, face, experience and maybe bring back with him when he competes in Rally America next year.
