A couple years ago, I wrote my first installment of "Broke Ass Gourmet". This isn't really a part two or anything, but I'll get around to it eventually. I just wanted to illustrate that it's not just Charlie, the Chinese, or Koreans that eat our best friends. If you're super broke, it's the only way to go. Last week Jeff from MotoIQ decided to check out the other other white meat when his friends left him in charge of the house.
It looks like Newcastle may be the sauce base. Some potatoes and onions are added to make it a stew, perhaps.
