One thing that struck me from this video is how huge the GT-R looks next to the LFA. Also, the LFA is much sexier than the GT-R. I'm not a fan of the GT-R's styling, but the LFA is gorgeous. I know the GT-R is a great performing car, and the LFA may be over-priced, but I'll never be able to afford either and I want an LFA so much more. The GT-R fails to excite me for some reason.

Me too. I think its because it looks like a common coupe with a few body styling mods.

The sound of the LFA is what makes the car for me The price of the GTR is what makes it the more practical choice... if you have that kind of money, ha ha. I can't afford either for a very long time anyways...

I like both cars, but obviously I'd take the LFA over the GTR if either were to be gifted to me... and I'm a Nissan guy!

I love the sound of the LFA too. As a fan of open wheel racing and an Formula 1 aficionado, I think the LFA's exhaust note is exactly what a race inspired car should sound like.

The GTR sounds mean in videos, but in real life they're really quiet. I remember having one come through tech at an event at Lime Rock Park. At 50 feet it was nowhere near the 84db limit, even when it was revved right into its powerband.

Model bloat is an ugly thing.

Where the GTR looks odd is in FIA GT1; it's racing against a bunch of low-slung cars such as the Vette, Lambo, Ford GT, Maserati MC12, etc.  The GTR looks ~1.5x as tall

The new GT-R looks like it's about to EAT the R34.
