I recently did a 5 lug conversion on my car and found some cheap EVO 8 6 spokes on the interwebs...... but they had some serious curb rash/chunks knocked out,

If you have access to a brake lathe, just cut the worst one down, note the amount of material removed, wash, rinse, repeat.
