Lets see, my K8 750 (2008) has been doin me real good and everything I've done to it, it seems to respond really well. Found a couple of ""cheap/free" mods and what not, but so far for engine performance I'm running a ignition advance plate, deteted the secondary throttle plates and disabled the SET valve, Pipercross air filter, sim for the pair valve and all lines removed, installed Hyperplates clutch plates, SS brake lines and a washer for the rear body, heavier weight oil in the steering dampner, and an r1 throttle tube.

I wanna do something else thats simple and doesn't break the bank before I try and get a tuner and QS, and suspension adjustment is on my list of things that need to be done but not a concern right now until it gets warmer and before I go back to Deal's Gap. I do have the stock header with a slip-on but I'm not looking into a full system yet.

I'll even take random/strange ideas and look into them.

Uh........ weight reduction? Stock muffler is usually pretty heavy.

Said I have an M4 slip-on and I'm not looking into a full system just yet, sucks worse cause the cat doesn't come off when I do the slip on. Its still street and I can only pull off so much weight. The only real weight reduction I have done was remove the mirrors with led block off plates with a mirror set-up for legal purpose, lighter battery, aluminum clutch plates and a 520 conversion with a super light sprockets, they are still and I would see better weight savings with aluminum but I need longevity.

Ah, missed that in the last sentence.  Man... I don't even know what's left to do really.

I know, I'm at a loss until I spend some cash on some high dollar items. Depending on the how much life is left on my front pads, I may just see about getting R6/R1 calipers.

Guess I may have done all the free/cheap mods that I can do to this thing.

So I'm peicing the rest of the parts for the R1/R6 caliper conversion with some extras, just a 15ml brembo resivoir. May or maynot look into a Yamaha OEM brembo MC as I'm curious to see the difference with just the calipers and some good pads. My stock rotors look good still.
