I know Eric will jump on this one (or at least that's what I'm hoping for).

Anyway, here is my problem:

I signed up on the XS Engineering site because I wanted to purchase a 3'' flex pipe for my exhaust (pretty easy I thought).....not so....

I signed up, got the confermation #......went and try to buy it online but it seems that among ALL the parts they carry, they only have 2 freaking pages on their site; which means, if the part you're looking for is not in those two pages, you can't get it.

On the left column on their site though, it lists a bunch of parts that they carry (I think).....so I figured; I'll give 'em a call and order my flex pipe over the phone......NOPE, you can't do that either. "Due to the high volume of project cars and customers repair we cannot accept any phone calls".....or something along the line.........you can't even leave a message! However they suggest to write them an email instead, which I did........did I receive an answer back? Nope! I wrote 'em an email two weeks ago.....no word yet......

So, my question is, WTF? I wanted to do business with them (knowing their reputation)....but this seems to be more complicated than I expected.

I need a good quality (SS...either 304, or 321).......3'' flex pipe.......anyone has any suggestion?

Thanks

I checked with them. Their site needs to be updated because as you witnessed, there is no shopping cart. It will be all back to normal before the end of the year they say. It sounds like most of their business is done on their eBay store now. They apologize for the inconvenience. And yes, they have just moved to a larger, nicer facility and are still busy building cars and finishing the move it seems.

Tell them to give google checkout a looking at. Simple, easy to implement, and it works like a champ. If any of the gents over there have any questions about making it work, just send them my way.

It sounds like you want suggestions of other reputable products.
I like Columbia River Mandrel for my exhaust products.

Vibrant is also a great choice.
