Hehe, me too! When things settle down here I can focus on the car again.

I really had no idea how much people enjoyed the project. It certainly has been fun over the years. The rough plan is to get a proper intake on the car, strap it on the dyno and blast out 400+ hp to the wheels on a linear power curve.

That's going to be awesome!!! Personally I get tired of seeing the same ol' thing done over and over again. The Sentra is a sight for sore eyes.

I've tried to keep the car as stock looking as possible with the exception of the wheels and big brakes. It's also pretty rare to find a car these days that weighs a mere 2400 lbs.

Here's the latest old article.  We'll be freshening the content and updating links as we can.  Even though the sr20 motor still has a strong aftermarket following it seems the aftermarket has shifted focus away as the new tuner cars have come on the scene.  For example our next article is on the manifold build by F-Max fabrication who have been out of business for some time but even turbonetics who bought their manifold designs to use as turbokits no longer lists any turbo kits other than one for a late model Mustang.

Google searching "sr20/sr20de turbo manifold" came up with lots and lots of ebay results most of which need to jump off the page and die a quick death as poorly "made in China" parts.

I drool at the thought of putting Sentra motor in an Elise.  It would certainly ruin the balance everyone gushes over.
