Up until November of 2009 I drove a 2005 wrx. It was a great car, and served us well for nearly 5 years.

Here's my '94 Impreza.



AWD, 5 speed, manual everything. Factory curb weight of 2,500. I've removed the sound deadening, put JDM bumper beams on to drop lots of weight, JDM aluminum hood, and replaced the steering wheel. All the weight loss combined with the suspension weight dropped by going with coilovers and the RPF1s my car weighed in at 2,380 pounds.

Performance wise I swapped a later NA 2.2l in. It's not fast by any means but I get 28 mpg and it's a blast to drive the Tahoe passes.
