Hi I want to introduce my car its a 2001 Nissan Primera p11 , this car with 9.5 cr and Roller rocker head.
I started this project about 5 yearts ago with the intencion of turboed this car.
My first setup was :
Motor:

- gti-r manifold
- gti-r t28
- gti-r j.pipe
- 3 cat-back crushbent.
- mitsu evo 7 fmic with cstom made fmic pipes .
- apexi afc2
- apexi super itc
- stock ecu.

brakes :
stock

susp:
stock

wheels-tyres :
momo f1 cup
michelin p7000

this was a very nice kit very responcive( full boost at 3800 rpm , 14-lbs) and with good top end power ( limited at that time at 7000 rpm) I was able to managed 293 whp at 14 lbs its was plenty of fast at that time... with a best time of 13.15 seg and 113,8 mph g-tech mesurement.

some pics of the car with the gti-r t28

Dyno:

After having some fun I decided its was time to increase the power output...and finally I choose a gt3071r turbo with the same 0.86 turbine housing and trim 56.
The "swap" was strait foward just a minor changes...
also I decided to change the fmic for a bigger one , b13 7500 rpm ecu, tial 38mm wastegate ( integrated to the gti-r manifold) and a 3,5 turbo back now mandrel bent.
the responvice in this setup was very similar to the t28 getting full boost at 3800 rpm 12lbs and manage 305whp at the same boost. after aia upped the boost to 18lbs and measure with a gtech 370-5 whp on a un-opened motor...

I also change the wheels for a lighter ones getting 10 lbs less in inch wheel.

After a clutch blow I opted to sell the turbo to a friend... and the car remaind un-touch for about 6 months..... then I decided to built a very powerfull machine still keeping the fwd configuration, so a sc61 was bought (gt35 comp wheel and 0.82 t2 turbine housing with the t350 t wheel) I has to modified a lot here since I want to keep the gti.r manifold... a new tial 44mm was in the mix with a angle flange in the exhaust manifold

A cuple of more pics at that time...

this was a nice setup almost perfect for a high powered fwd car I got 350whp at 14,7 lbs on a stock motor on this turbo
dyno

after this I boot it up to 25lbs getting aprox 450whp wich was plenty fast...scary actually
then I bought a pt67 with the t350 turbine wheel and the 67mm comp wheel
full boost was at 5500 rpm 29lbs and manage 522whp on a stock RR sr20. wit]h a lot of wheel spin... as you can see here at the grafic.

end of part 3

the boost onset was late here.. but still manage 550whp at 29lbs on93 oct and meth injection

dyno on 27lbs

this was the finished product

end of part 4

as you can see new tyres (drag radials for all corners ) and wheels ans nismo susp was added .. now traccion was no a issue...even with 500whp

so now this started VE-T

this was exactly the same setup as my ex sr20de.

Very nice. Looks like a lot of patience and attention to detail goes into your car. So you initially boosted the VE on stock pistons/rods?
