Maybe you guys can help me out. Im building a u12 bluebird right now. I already swapped the engine from ca20de to sr20det, running with 255 lph walbro pump. I installed a blitz sbc and 3" full exhaust. Shes boostin 9 psi right now with no adjustments with the boost controller. Maybe the masters here can help me out. Im looking forward to achieve 400 whp with her although shes my daily driven car I also want her to be my weekend warrior(sort of).  Im a newbie in building performance cars,i would really appreciate your advice and opinions.  Thanks in advance masters

So are you asking how to make that kind of power? If so you are going to need a larger turbo, fuel system upgrades, at least a JWT ECU or something of that nature, a front mount intercooler, you might want to think about engine internal upgrades, polyurethane motor mounts.

You really have tons of options on how to build it, are you on the SR20 forums at all? Searching through there you will find more info than you will ever need to know and then some.

Yeah clutch too lol, here is a good link to browse through, it's someone with your same power goals http://www.sr20-forum.com/turbo/40431-400whp-whats-needed.html

You will basically need injectors, a new MAF sensor, a fuel pressure regulator that is adjustable, and then the tune for it. Here is a list of injector sizes to WHP http://www.sr20-forum.com/howtos/166-inj-size-whp-output.html . I would go with a Z MAF or other 3in Nissan MAF since they are easy to replace if yours ever goes bad.

You also have the option of E85 if you have it in your area or water/meth injection. Both are worth looking at depending on what you are looking to do with your car
