I'm just getting caught up on your build.  That's pretty insane power for only 14psi!  The car overall looks like it's coming along.  I need to vent the hood on my car....

Thanks

I think it might be exaggerated a little since i am still using the stock weight (2772lbs) in VD but i have pulled at least 100-125lbs out of the car but like anything its just a tool.  I should be getting the car on my family's quarry scales this week to at least get a ball park.

I do plan on replacing the rear door glass with lexan and gutting the rear doors completely once all the suspension stuff is done.

I should have some more logs/graphs to upload on saturday. Last minute dialling in before sunday's autocross.

I swear the welder at Scott's could weld ketchup to the moon. The arms were heated up and then the cups were TIG welded in place. The steel plug used to hold the shape worked perfectly.

Some grinding of the LCA needed to be done

The arms sit about an inch lower than what they were.

I also had to cut about 1/2" off the studs to clear the wheel.

I am now getting some bump steer but that was expected. The tie rods should arrive next week to solve that problem.

Well i have boost creep. I will have to take the O2 off the car and open up a little more to taper into the 1.75" pipe. I will probably see if i can get an inch of 2.25 exhaust pipe to taper into the 1.75"

The red line is with the actuator rod unhooked and the blue line is with more preload than what i usually run with.

It is looking like a combination of me trying to run too little boost on the Evo 9 actuator and boost creep.

I didn't figure with the flapper able to open this far that i would get creep

Almost....the 12psi stays from 3000-6000rpm now.

At this point i am just going to keep turning up the boost to the point where it no longer creeps. Only issue is i have to log boost since my boost gauge has conked out But with this issue it's probably better anyway

I got 4 new tires and the tie rods/bumpsteer kit put on yesterday and my brother aligned it today for me (he works for the local Ford/Toyota dealer)

So one of the reasons my car seems to be so skittish in regards to rotation.

Passenger side rear 0.18* toe in
Drivers side rear 0.05* toe out

As i suspected the rear toe cam bolts are rusted solid so no adjustment there. Once the new trailing arms are finished that will solve the issue.

On the up side, i got all the pigtails for the COP from the same place today, so i soldered that up
