I have a 2008 Honda Fit.  I've done research into all the available suspension options and I have yet to find a set-up that I trust, which has forced my hand a bit and I would like some assistance:

Would it be possible to make something like a Koni 8610 work in a Honda Fit?  I'm fine with paying to get custom mounts made, I just want to do it right the first time.  The Fit has a MacPherson strut front and Torsion beam rear suspension, if any specs/measurements are needed I can do some more research.

Thanks!

What's your budget, and waht do you want to do with the car?

If it's a street / dual duty type of car, slap on some KW V2's and call it a day. The KWs are nicer hardware and have more flexibility. Custom fitting Konis is not worth the trouble when you're working with the limited space and size of those dampers.
