Well I have a 2.4 Benson block with a ASP Type S head and some burly cams.

Not sure if a 300+ whp 4 banger is what you are looking for. ;-)

Does your 4-1 header with the megaphone utilize a vband at the end, and are they OTS or built to the motor specs?

Our custom headers are built to spec and they use the v-band at the end of the megaphone.

Technically my EP3 has K series. That's probably not what you meant but I would like to read more K series stuff on here.

Ok well that's good. I like the EP3 but I'm tempted to go RSX or 06+ Si.

Care to share how you got to 230whp? If all goes well I'll have a 2011 Civic Si that might like to emulate your success.

Mugen header with the metal cat , mugen twin loop exhaust, DC sports CAI.

Type R cams, with the IPS recommended upgraded OEM valvetrain, and PRC intake manifold.

Hondata K Pro and IM gasket.   Decently tuned a couple of years back but needs a retune to get rid of a dip between 4000 and 5000.

A/C delete and shorter belt, actually freed up some horsepower with this mod.  I'm guessing one less pulley to turn?  Coincidence?

132,000 miles.  Carbon build up compression increase maybe, haha.

The PRC and Mugen header were both high temp coated inside and out.

What are the PRC and IPS? Did you lose much mid-range with this setup? When did you get the Hondata in the sequence of add-ons?

The PRC came from the Type R but your intake manifold is better already so I wouldn't mess with it. IPS is a camshaft manufacturer who figured out the perfect OEM valve spring combination to safely rev to 8600 rpm.

K pro came after the intake and exhaust and got me to 200 who. The intake manifold and cams got me to 208. The a/c delete and header helped to hit 230.

With your car start with the cold air intake and the hondata flash pro.
