Hello all. I am looking for a good jwt camshafts for my g20. Thanks to sarahs tuning nissan sport compact book I am running premium fuel and 19 degrees of timing. It runs great! However I would like 15 to 20 more hp. It is also my daily driver so I need a reliable set up. For all intensive purposes this car is a street car with occasional track duty. I realize I will need an ecu as well. What is a good cam setup to obtain this goal? I know you guys are very smart on here and I thank you ahead of time for any advice.  Also you guys are wonderfull writers and real down to earth people and I appreciate that a great deal. Keep up the awesome work and any books you guys publish I will buy!!!! BTW 1994 g20 5mt sr20 bolt ons,.

JWT S4 cams if you are on a budjet or C3's with JWT valve springs and timing gears with the lobe centers tightend with a good header if not. Don't get BC cams.

Yup, I'd throw in JWT S3 cams too. A bit more mid-range than the S4s with the sacrifice of less top-end. What's the rev limit on the 94? You definitely need to rev out to 7800rpms to take max advantage of the cams.

Yea 7800 on the p10 models this thing really revs! So im assuming s3's wont need a spring upgrade? Just curious is it worth it to get the ecu to match?

I believe it's 7450 on the P10s. You can run a stock ecu with them just fine (i'm running a stock p10 ecu w/ my S3's for now). I believe the best hp curve will probably be somewhere around 13° with the stock ecu. Depends on your exact setup though.

Nice thanks. I think fuel cuts at 7800 i may be wrong though. This sr20 has 170,000 miles and pulls so strong. I can see why it has garnered such a big following. I wish we had those awesome sr16ve motors over here those are awesome as well. Anyway I do appreciate the responses. Maybe I could do write up with pictures on here if thats cool?
