IT'S ALIVE! Again...

Speedometer works, tachometer works, ECU is out of limp mode. Car runs to redline now. Final cleanup to follow, then polish, then we start modding.

Mike, not 100% sure- but we do know that the total weight gain should be 100 pounds or less. The engine does sit farther back in the engine bay (it's not as long) compared to the stock engine, so I don't think we're going to be too far off from 50/50. The change in weight distribution can probably be solved just by moving the battery to the back or running a heavier differential.



We'll definitely get the car onto a set of scales and find out though.

That is a nice swap. With the right exhaust design it should sound pretty mean too. I never knew the J35 had so much potential!

So, you used an adapter plate for the transmission, or are you modifying the bell housing? And what are you doing about the starter? Stock location on a TL would be all up in the trans tunnel/ heater box on an S2000...
