The Civic's motor is hung in place using Hasport billet motor mounts equipped with hard urethane bushings. These work to minimize engine movement while absorbing high-frequency vibration.

Vibrant Performance supplied all of the lightweight aluminum tubing used for the charge piping and the aluminum clamps holding it all together.  Radium supplied the large capacity fuel rail that holds 4 Evolved Injection 2200cc injectors needed for the Ignite Red Ethanol fuel.

A custom Ron Davis radiator helps keep things cool. Carbon fiber ducting efficiently feeds air to it.  Ron Davis makes some of the best motorsports radiators available and can custom make radiators for specific applications as well.

A swirl pot helps keep the coolant deaerated by centrifugally separating the air from the coolant as well as providing a bleed point higher than the engine.  By getting rid of air in the system, a swirl pot can make a huge difference in cooling efficiency.

A Meziere 300 electric water pump does away with mechanical drag, simplifies the front belt situation and provides continuous constant cooling flow to the K24 engine with no worries about cavitation.

The electric water pump also allows for after run cooling preventing heat soak during stops.

A TI Automotive fuel pump feeds the Ignite Red ethanol fuel to a Radium fuel pressure regulator before sending it to the fuel rail.

The engines charge air is kept cool with a custom intercooler built using a Vibrant Performance core. The intercooler is fed with a sealed carbon duct which is integrated into the front bodywork of the car.

So much carbon. Any left for F1 cars? I need to carbon my rear floor area too including the Gastank area.

Will, if you're reading this, you should get some PC wiring nerd to clean up the wiring for you in the pic at the top of page 3

I'm impressed the wet-sump system (while improved) still works with that level of grip.
