Sachs has a through rod damper that has been on the market for about 10 years. It is called the formula matrix damper and they are sold through ZF. They are meant to be a custom build shock. They more or less want to sell you parts and the assembly tools and you build them yourself or have your damper builder do it for you. They also have the 4 way adjusters built into the body like the TTX in the video. Although they look more similar to the Koni 2822's of that time. A world challenge team I worked for ran them for a while with a lot of success. We had a damper production facility in house so building/service/maintenance them was a breeze.

Oh this is like Christmas morning! I'm giddy like a little school girl.

I'll continue to ignore the fact I don't have the budget for any of it.
