With Torrance being located in Southern California and Toyota being an automotive company, you’d be correct in assuming many of the employees are certified gear heads. With Los Angeles being one of the centers in the world for car culture, there’s great diversity in the types of vehicles driven. It also doesn’t hurt that SoCal is essentially a vehicle playground with race tracks, mountains, and deserts all in close proximity. Of course, there are those many sun-filled days which are great for top-down cruising on the Pacific Coast Highway.

There are not too many better vehicles to use for a cruise along PCH than a ’65 427 S/C Cobra. I love the side pipes on these things.
Wide harness straps help to keep the occupants in place.
If you’re in the mood for a bit mellower of a ride, but no less classic, perhaps a Corvette will do.
You can’t go wrong with a Mustang either.
Beware these Sunbeam Tigers….
