Radium Engineering Releases A Line Of Products For The BMW E46

Radium Engineering has just released a line of products for the BMW E46 chassis. These include a comprehensive catch can kit and also a CNC machined fuel rail for the M3 S54 engine. The catch can kit utilizes Radium's current market-leading catch can and combines it with a special powder coated bracket, mounting hardware, and hoses/fittings. This results in quick and easy installation and a clean package.

The oil level inside the catch can is easily checked with the included machined aluminum dipstick.

The kit includes everything shown here as well as easy to follow installation instructions. It is compatible with all E46 chassis BMW models including the M3. It is not compatible with RHD vehicles. More information can be found on the product page HERE.

The machined aluminum fuel rail was designed for the E46 M3 engine (S54 model). It is a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock fuel rail but offers more functionality.

It is threaded at each end with -10AN O-ring ports for flexibility when plumbing an aftermarket high flow fuel system. The center 3/8″ NPT port comes plugged or an optional pulse damper can be purchased for steady consistent fuel pressures.

This fuel rail is laser etched with the Radium logo underneath the stealth black anodizing. The anodizing also protects it from all corrosive fuel types such as E85.

The rail can be configured as a kit to replace the stock fuel feed hose with a high quality -6AN PTFE (Teflon) hose and -AN fittings. This is a direct drop-in replacement for the stock system.

Or it can be configured with optional -AN adapters instead of the feed hose. This is for plumbing a custom fuel system using aftermarket hoses and fittings.

This fuel rail is compatible with all of the BMW models using the S54 engine. More information can be found on the product page HERE. Please contact Radium Engineering with any questions about these products.

Stay tuned for the release of the BMW E46 Fuel Surge Tank Install Kit (June 2013).
