With a stock power to weight ratio of 400 hp per ton, the Noble M400 is good for 0-60 mph in 3.2 seconds and an 11.4-second quarter at 120 mph—impressive stats for a stock, six-year old car for just under a hundred grand.   And to further enhance the track-thrashing experience, the Ford Duratec 3.0 engine is mated to a Getrag six-speed transmission, and propels the rear wheels through an automatic torque-biasing Quaife differential.

You may have noticed this beast sitting behind the Noble.  The C6 Corvette runs a supercharger from ProCharger, the well-known supercharging outfit based out of Lenexa, Kansas, just 10 minutes away.   It needs those drag radials you see because it's boosted to a frightening 950 whp!

A variety of sexy Nissan 370Zs is always pleasing to the eye.

Ready to take on the Midwest weekend is a pack of FR-S Scions.

Now this would be an interesting line up at the light.  Chevy vs. Godzilla vs. Ford vs. Maranello vs Bavaria (that's a silver M6), all with 6-, 8-, 10- and even 12-cylinder engines that fall between 400-500 bhp.  Where would you place your bet?

Closest road course is the new infield at Kansas Speedway, with GRAND-AM coming in August. Heartland Park Topeka is very close, too, at only about an hour away. Great track, but could certainly handle some resurfacing. Hallett is a really nice and technical track about 4 hours away. Mid-America Motorplex is also just around 2.5 hours away, I believe.
