Hi Guys what are your thoughts would you think running this base file on a supercharged BMW M3 S54 for 10 months is safe: full throttle AFR https://lh3.googleuserco...sK91cmaMzvI=w944-h643-nopart throttle AFR https://lh3.googleuserco...526dpWZnvSg=w853-h643-noif not what sort of damage would you expect Edited by user Saturday, August 08, 2015 10:10:03 PM(UTC)

Looks like the AFR at WOT at high RPM is rich but safe. Is this a stock bottom end car with stock compression on pump gas? If it is a lower compression motor or if you are running low boost I would like to see the AFR more in the low 11's.
There a lot of weird things going on in the AFR at low rpm and assuming that the load is high, it needs to be cleaned up. Not sure if you are reading closed throttle fuel cut or not though.
Definitely needs more tuning.

Thanks for your response :) thought it would be better to look at the AFR in isolation but i guess it would be best to get all the facts out on the table and look at it as a whole compression ratio was 11.3 to 1 was was done with a thicker head gasket pump gas was used bottom end was fully build with 11.5 to 1 forged pistons, rods and bearings from Vac I can get the details on all parts used if needed the block was re-sleeved with 87.5mm bore unfortunately this engine failed and lost compression in two cyl we are not sure if it was the base file for 10 months, engineering or the engine build No sign of fuel/bore wash. Honing pattern is still intact, No rings have failed. Block is cracked between cylinders 4 and 5. Sleeves cracked in all cylinders on there are signs of detonation from what I was told and should have pictures next week of the pistons Bearings seem fine. Crank is being inspected. Rods seem fine Edited by user Saturday, August 15, 2015 12:46:33 AM(UTC)

Looks like bad detonation. I would say a lot of it is tuning.
